Our Core Promise: Privacy by Design

RyniX is built on a "Privacy-First" architecture. Unlike traditional cloud AI solutions, we do not continually upload patient medical records to our servers. Patient data remains securely within your hospital's firewall.

1. Introduction

RyniX Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the sensitive healthcare data that our platform processes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our Personalized Decision Aide platform.

2. How Our Technology Works (Federated Learning)

RyniX utilizes Federated Learning. This means:

  • The AI model is trained locally on your institution's servers.
  • Patient data (PHI) never leaves your secure environment.
  • Only aggregated, encrypted model updates (mathematical weights) are transmitted to RyniX to improve the global model.
  • These updates cannot be reverse-engineered to reveal individual patient identities.

3. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to operate and improve our service:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, role, and institutional affiliation of authorized users.
  • Usage Metrics: Aggregated data on how the platform is used (e.g., feature adoption rates) to improve user experience.
  • Model Performance Data: Statistical metrics regarding the accuracy of predictions (e.g., AUC-ROC scores) to validate clinical utility.

4. HIPAA Compliance

RyniX is designed to be fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all our enterprise partners. Our architecture minimizes HIPAA exposure by processing PHI locally.

5. Data Security

Security is our foundation. We implement state-of-the-art encryption for data at rest and in transit. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to ensure the integrity of our platform.
