1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the RyniX platform ("Service"), provided by RyniX Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
2. Nature of Service (Personalized Decision Aide)
RyniX is a Personalized Decision Aide designed to assist healthcare providers in making informed decisions regarding patient discharge and readmission risks. RyniX does not practice medicine or provide medical advice.
The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals. Final clinical decisions regarding patient care are the exclusive responsibility of the treating physician or healthcare provider. RyniX provides probabilistic guidance based on historical data but cannot account for every individual patient factor.
3. Privacy & Data Security
Your privacy is paramount. RyniX utilizes a federated learning architecture designed to minimize data transfer. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle data.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You certify that you are a licensed healthcare professional authorized to access patient data within your institution.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RyniX Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (or your institution) for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect your usage.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
